Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through secure third-party payment processors.

Trademarks: "Internship Adda" and related logos are trademarks of our company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

User Content: By submitting content (comments, questions, projects), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content.

Certificate Issuance: Upon successful completion of course requirements, you will receive a blockchain-verified certificate of completion.

Verification: Certificates include a unique verification ID that employers can use to authenticate your credentials.

Accuracy: Ensure your name and details are correct before certificate generation. Name changes may incur an administrative fee.

Revocation: Certificates obtained through fraudulent means or violations of these Terms may be revoked at our discretion.

Data Collection: We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including name, email, payment information, and learning analytics.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services: We use trusted third-party services for payments, analytics, and communications. These providers have their own privacy policies.

No Warranties: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Career Outcomes: While we provide quality education, we do not guarantee employment, salary increases, or specific career outcomes.

Content Accuracy: We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that course content is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internship Adda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question.
